Our regular office hours are 9 am – 5 pm, though we are available 24/7.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Whiteglove Care, and they will contact us.

At Whiteglove Care, we accept a number of insurance plans.
For Whitestone Senior Living, we accept:
- Banner LTC
- UHC LTC
- Mercy Care LTC
For Jones Family Care Home, we accept Banner LTC. However, for Country Estates Assisted, we do not currently accept insurance plans.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ACH, and American Express.
